Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Using any Glenn app means agreeing to what follows. They cover every Glenn app: Glenn Pack, Glenn Drive, Glenn Proof and Glenn Archive, and the ones that follow. Each app is named in your language; in Swedish, for example, they are Glenn Lagra, Glenn Köra, Glenn Inköp and Glenn Arkiv.
A family of small apps that share one account. Glenn Pack records what you have put into storage, so you can find it again without opening every box: places, boxes, what is in them (said or typed), photos, QR labels, one search, and sharing a place with other people. Glenn Drive is a driving log: cars and trips, said or typed, with totals and a yearly spreadsheet. Glenn Proof keeps receipts: a picture of each, read once and then sealed so only you can open it, and the dates that matter for returns, warranties and complaints. Glenn Archive remembers your paper archive: which folder each paper is in, where that folder is kept and the dates that matter (said or typed), with a sealed copy of a paper if you want one. The papers themselves stay at home.
You need an account, and the email address on it must be one you control. Keep your sign-in method to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.
Everything you put into Glenn — box codes, the names of your things, details, photos, cars, trips, receipts and their pictures, papers, folders and copies — remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, to show it back to you and to anyone you have invited to that place, and to turn a recording or a receipt picture into a list of things, trips, purchases or papers. Nothing more. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for what you store. Don't use Glenn for anything illegal, for content you have no right to, or to store other people's personal data in a way that would breach their rights.
Each app has a free plan, enough to see whether it suits you: in Glenn Pack one place and three boxes, in Glenn Drive one car and ten trips, in Glenn Proof five receipts, in Glenn Archive five papers. A subscription to an app removes its limits and unlocks the rest of it (in Glenn Pack sharing, label printing and downloading a copy; in Glenn Drive more cars and the year’s log; in Glenn Proof more receipts and the spreadsheet; in Glenn Archive more papers and the spreadsheet). One subscription can also cover every Glenn app at once.

If a subscription lapses, your data is not deleted. You keep read access to everything; you just can't add beyond the free limits until you subscribe again.
Talking to Glenn is a convenience, not an oracle. Turning a recording into a list or a trip is automated and will sometimes get a word, a number or a place wrong — which is why every recording ends with something for you to check before anything is saved. Check it. We don't promise that the result is complete or correct, and Glenn is not intended as the sole record of anything you depend on legally, financially or for insurance.

Glenn Drive helps you keep a driving log with the details the tax office of your country asks for (Skatteverket in Sweden, Skatteetaten in Norway, Skatterådet and skat.dk in Denmark, the Finanzamt in Germany), and works out totals and a mileage allowance for work trips in your own car at that country's published rate for the year. Elsewhere it leaves the amount out. Your country is chosen under Me → Your account.
Every change to a trip after it was saved is noted by our database, not by the app, and listed in the yearly log, because tax offices want a log kept as you go and not rewritten afterwards. In Germany a Fahrtenbuch for a company car must show such changes; Glenn Drive helps you keep one, and the Finanzamt decides whether it is accepted.
Glenn Drive is a tool for keeping records, not tax or accounting advice. What counts as a work trip, which rate applies to you, and whether your log is enough in your situation are yours to judge, or your accountant's. Check the totals before you use them in a tax return. Keep the downloaded yearly log for as long as your country's rules require (for a business, usually five to ten years).
Glenn Proof reads a receipt automatically and will sometimes get a number or a date wrong, so check what it read before you save it. The dates it shows are a help to remember, not legal advice: open purchase or exchange (only what the shop offers; it is never a right by law), the 14 days to change your mind after buying online, by phone or at the door, warranties, and the time to complain about a fault under the consumer law of the country you bought it in (three years in Sweden; two in Norway, or five for things meant to last much longer; two in Denmark, Germany and the rest of the EU, all counted from the day you got it). The shop's own terms and the law decide, and some things, like downloads or made-to-order goods, have no 14 days to change your mind. Glenn does not promise to keep receipts for the periods bookkeeping or tax rules require; if you need that, keep your own copy too.
The pictures of your receipts are sealed with a key that only you have. Keep your key page somewhere safe. It is shown to you only once, and a new page makes the old one stop working. We cannot recover your pictures without your key; if every copy is lost, the pictures cannot be opened by anyone, though the details of every receipt stay.
Glenn Archive remembers where your papers are; it does not replace them. Keep the originals, and check what it heard before you save a paper. The dates it shows (when something expires or renews, or the last day to cancel) are a help to remember, not legal advice: the paper itself and the law decide.
A paper’s details are your own words, and Glenn leaves long numbers out of what it hears, so don’t keep identity, account or card numbers in them. Glenn Archive has nothing made for health papers; for what one says, rely on the paper itself.
A copy of a paper is sealed with the same key as your receipt pictures, and Glenn never reads it. A copy of a passport, an ID card or a driving licence is marked “Copy” across the picture, so it can always be told from the original; it never stands in for the document itself. If every copy of your key is lost, the copies cannot be opened by anyone, though the details of every paper stay.
When you invite someone to a place, they can see and — depending on the role you give them — change what is in it. Choose who you invite carefully; you can remove access at any time, but you cannot un-see what they have already seen.
We aim to keep the Glenn apps working and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or retire features. If we retire something you rely on, or shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and time to download a copy of your data.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Download a copy is built in for exactly that reason.
You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription in your store account, and delete your account in Me → Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts other people's data at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to download a copy.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for data loss beyond what we could reasonably have prevented. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Glenn after that means accepting the new version.
Swedish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice doesn't take away the protection the mandatory rules of the country where you live give you, and you can always bring a claim in the courts there.
